FAQ

Questions before you hand over a dispute?

How Telvon works, what we are not, and how a case moves from intake to documented pursuit.

Telvon takes over financial disputes for small businesses: chargebacks, billing errors, insurance claim shortfalls, and vendor overcharges. We investigate, assemble documentation, and communicate with banks, processors, insurers, and vendors on your behalf.

Chargebacks you believe are wrong, invoices that do not match the agreement, insurance claims paid short, and processor or vendor fees that drifted from what you signed. If it is a financial discrepancy you cannot spare the hours to pursue, it is in scope.

No. Telvon is an advocacy service. We do not hold funds, process payments, lend money, or give legal advice. Our work is investigation, documentation, and authorized communication. Independent counsel still belongs with a licensed attorney when you need it.

No. Results depend on the file, the third parties involved, and the rules that apply. We pursue a documented case. We do not promise a specific outcome, amount, or date.

Telvon does. Once you authorize us, we communicate directly with the other side. You are not sitting on hold or chasing form status. You review the file in Casefile and stay available when a decision needs you.

Casefile is the Telvon portal where you submit a dispute, upload records, track status, and read correspondence. It is the working file for your case, not a bank account and not a payment processor.

You share the record: invoices, chargeback notices, claim letters, contracts, and a short account of what happened. We review the file, tell you what is missing, and begin documented pursuit once you authorize the engagement.

Yes. Status, notes, and document requests live in Casefile. Optional SMS account notifications can alert you when the file moves. You stay informed without running the correspondence yourself.

We collect what is needed to investigate and pursue the dispute: names, business details, transaction records, invoices, claim references, and related correspondence. We share relevant case facts with banks, processors, insurers, and vendors only as needed to advocate.

No. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing. SMS consent is used only to send account notifications about your own cases, billing, verification, and support. STOP cancels the program. HELP returns real contact information.

No. Telvon SMS is account notifications only: dispute status, billing reminders, payment confirmations, verification codes, support replies, and account alerts. Offers, referrals, and content blasts go by email if they go out at all.

Your authorized contacts and the Telvon team working the dispute. Service providers such as hosting, email, SMS, and payment processors see only what they need to operate. We do not sell your personal information.

Yes. Contact support@telvon.com or call (888) 338-7094 to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal retention needs for the case. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

No. Consent is a standalone, unchecked checkbox. It is never bundled into Terms acceptance, never pre-checked, and never a condition of purchase or account creation.

On every page in the footer, and in full in the Terms of Service. Telvon information and services are for dispute resolution only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and they do not guarantee recovery.

No. We do not hold, manage, or transfer funds. Recovered amounts, if any, stay in the accounts already tied to the dispute. Telvon bills separately for advocacy work.

Review is a single-case intake. Advocacy is the full pursuit of one dispute. Desk is a monthly caseload for operators who see regular chargebacks or billing errors. Practice is for firms that need a standing dispute function. Custom and Counsel are scoped conversations.

Yes. The site explains how chargebacks, insurance shortfalls, and vendor overcharges work, and what rights businesses typically have. Paid work is the actual case: investigation, documentation, and pursuit.

Advocacy time and process: intake, investigation, documentation, and communication with the other side. You are not paying for a recovery percentage unless a later engagement says so in writing. Fees are for the work, not a promised result.

Yes. Many operators start with Advocacy on one file and move to Desk if disputes keep arriving. Yearly Desk and Practice billing is available when a standing caseload is already the pattern.

We tell you before expanding the scope. Review can convert to Advocacy. Desk and Practice can add a one-off Advocacy file. Counsel is the path when the file needs a scoped conversation beyond the standard plans.

Published plans are flat fees for the work described. If a later engagement uses a different structure, it will be written into that agreement. Nothing on this site is a contingent recovery promise.

Desk fits restaurants, shops, and practices that see disputes often enough to keep a standing file. Practice fits operators who need a named dispute function without hiring an in-house finance team.

Use Custom or Counsel when the file is unusual, several counterparties are involved, or you need a scoped conversation before authorizing pursuit. Email support@telvon.com or call (888) 338-7094.
